Can't access Customize after installing

Hello - I purchased the Catch Responsive Pro theme this morning and have installed it on my website. However, I cannot access the Customize page at all. It just keeps spinning and does not load. I have tried on two computers over two different internet connections (at home and at work) and am getting the same results on both. Screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/ATtHRArjx Please help!!
