Cannot Set Slider

Hello, I'm trying to get the Featured Slider to appear on my page (dishingdelish.com). I set the featured image on several posts, I have "Featured Page Slider" selected, and when I go to Featured Slider Options -> Featured Slider Type, I see: Featured Page # 1 Featured Page # 2 Featured Page # 3 Featured Page # 4 Featured Page # 5 I do not see an option to set a featured slider? I clicked on these and nothing happens, and I do not see any other places to enter the featured page ID. I also deactivated all of my plugins and tried again but it did not work. What should I do?
