Cannot Reach Blog Page

Reference site: www.hayatidede.org/wptest I have the home page set as a static page. Now I can't figure out how to set up the "news" page as the blog URL (http://www.hayatidede.org/wptest/news/). I have definitely set up the page in "Pages," set up the parent as (no parent) and the template as blog template. I get this when I click on "View Page" link in the editor: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Is there something else I should be changing? Regards, Jason Bennett
