Cannot publish theme customization

Hi, I have a problem with saving theme customization. I noticed this issue this month because I haven't customized it for a while. When I click "Publish" button to save it, the theme was not saved; "something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again" I tried disabling each plugin and changed a theme to twenty-nineteen. Disabling plugins did not work but changing the theme worked. Please help me to save the customization of this theme. I am using the latest version of Catch Store Pro, wordpress, and woocommerce. https://genuinemart.jp/ Thank you!
