cannot install theme

Hi, I tried catch store. It's awesome. So I bought cat store premium. However, the premium version cannot be installed. When I want to use 'preview' or 'customize', it returns 'error 500' (the plugin was installed successfully. I can use this theme. But I can't customize it or preview it). Do you have any idea? Thx
