Cannot edit images ones inserted into page

Hello, Can someone help me with this issue I am experiencing after last update? Before, I could edit any photo once inserted it into a page, I could place text to its left, right, center, reduce image size and a few other very useful things, but I cannot do that any longer, I cannot even add a link to the image by clicking on it.
