Cannot click anything after closing menu

Hi there, the problem is very simple. I just need to open the Menu and close it again. And if i now want to click something on the webpage, it does not follow the link but jumps to the top of the current site. Please fix it as soon as possible, it's sometimes very strange. Thank You ~fallennewyork
