cannot change the site logo – Fotografie Blocks version 1.0.3

Hi, I installed your theme Fotografie Blocks version 1.0.3 and I'm trying to change the site logo. However it doesn't show any upload option when clicking the default logo placeholder. Could you advise me on how I can change the logo image?
