Cannot change logo

Hi, I set up my Catch Theme site and have been working on it all day. I changed the logo in Appearance->Theme Options->Header Options. Everything worked fine. Now I removed the logo and am trying to put in a new one and it won't let me. The default "Catch Evolution" logo will not go away, and I cannot select any image from my media library to replace it. Please advise.
