The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

Trying to install Helena and I get this message: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini What gives? I have installed other Catch themes at the same domain and they upload fine as zipped files and work well.
