Can we edit the posting page?

My daughter will buy the PRO of this before the sale is over but wondering if I still need to know this: When posts display there is a header on the page that says FROM OUR BLOG. Can that be removed or changed? I have no problem creating a Child Theme if you want us to. ALWAYS thank you!!!
