Can the Catch Responsive theme do this?

Hello, I am thinking of changing to the Catch Responsive theme for my website, but I am not sure I can customize it to do what I want. I am new to this, so I apologize if I have missed something. 1) I would like the Slider Image at the top to rotate through a selection of several pictures of my choice, not blog posts. 2) I would like the Featured content sections to show static pictures that are links to a particular page or site. 3) I would like to be able to have a main blog, that shows on the first page, but additional blog posts that are shown only from specific links (they would contain spoilers). I think the rest of the design would work if I can do these. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
