Can not update theme through Catch Updater plugin

By far the worst aspect of premium themes is the difficulty in updating. There's the hassle of going through FTP and checking which files are newer, also the time wasted. So I tried the Catch Updater plugin to update my Catch Responsive Pro. The install fails: "Destination folder already exists. /public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/catch-responsive-pro/". So I am back to the horrible FTP process again :( unless someone can help me fix the updater?
