Can I use Elementor page builder with this theme?

I've downloaded Elelmentor to build pages... but I just want to make sure that Elementor will work with this theme. I noticed one of the pages that I have started to create using Elementor has some of the theme's elements (theme options like promotions bar) at bottom of it, and also the page title shows up in the middle of the page. So not sure if it's working with Elementor. Please advise. Thank you.
