Can I insert an image in the top menu header to the left of the menu items?

I have a staging site cccofwv.org/staging/5545/ ...in the black menu header....to the left of the actual menu items within the black bar header I would like to insert an image which would be the logo for the site. Is this possible in the free version of Jomson or premium version. If not can you recommend a theme that I could do this in? I like that the menu always stays at the top while scrolling through content.
