Can i have two different Excerpt "Read More" text options?

Is it possible to have different excerpt "read more" text for the Featured Homepage Slider versions the "read more" text displayed for posts? At the moment if I change this in Customising ▸ Theme Options Excerpt Options it changes the text for both the slider and the Recent Posts. My slider is linking through to shop categories and want it to say "Shop Now" whereas the posts are recipes which I'd like to say "Read the full recipe".
