Can I change the navigation menu?

Dear Lensation team, I would like to change my navigation menu as it is currently disappearing when you move over it I would like this change this. Can I disable the disappearing effect? Another question regarding the fonts I want to change for my headings/in-box text. Is this a possibility?   Kind regards,
