Buy PRO for headline button to open target_self

I am using the free version right now. I am willing to buy PRO just for the feature to get the headline button to open in "target_self". My question is how does it work if i do that? Do I have to reinstall the theme to get pro so I have to re do all my settings? Thank you for a awesome theme btw!
