Bug with Post?

He indicated it was a problem about the post. 2nd time, I add a new post then it happened again. My friend went to the server, deleted the post I just posted, then everything was back to normal. He said it was because I had a post and a page with the same title and same permalink, which cause this problem. The 3rd time, I just added a new post, the title is not the same with any other posts or pages, after I saved as a draft, not even published yet, the dashboard broke again...... I used a plugin "AStickyPostOrderER" to rearrange the order of my post, but the problem happened right after I save my post, before I got a change to use this plugin, so I don't think it's the plugin that causes problems...... It's my second wordpress website, my first one uses a different theme and never has this problem. Any suggestions? Many thanks!
