Bug in Travelore Pro, Premium WordPress Theme

I purchased Travalore Pro just yesterday 11/17, and installed it on my site. My host checked the theme and found a bug. (main} thrown in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/travelore-pro/inc/customizer/two-column.php on line 109. I simply want a refund and can't reach Catch themes to get a result. Please advise. Randa
