Broken Thumbnail For YouTube Videos on Portfolio

When items in my portfolio are YouTube videos, the thumbnails display as broken media. I installed Regenerate Thumbnails but it did not fix the problem. This can be seen on my site (I renamed 'Portfolio' to 'VIDEO') Site URL: http://bantamweight.band/ In addition to displaying the thumbnail, is there a way to get these YouTube videos to be playable from their current location, without having to go to their individual portfolio pages? Thanks!
