Broken Comments

Hi there, For the last couple of months I have been trying (and failing) to fix the comments on my website www.sheandhem.co.uk. Currently when you click 'Leave a Reply' on any of our posts nothing happens. Weirdly, you can comment on any of our other pages (for example http://sheandhem.co.uk/contact/). Any ideas? Thanks, Jo
