Boxes under main image header in demo

Hi, I want 4 boxes to appear underneath my main image header, I've created some content pages I think at the mo... how do I turn them into the boxes as shown in the demo, with the rollover text title (and no excerpt shown)... hope that makes sense? Thanks! Helen www.helenrigbyphotography.com
