Bought and broken

Hi there, i bought your pop-rock pro theme four days ago and i can not use it. If i include it in wordpress, there is always the same mistake that occurs while publishing a content. I deleted the whole webserver and installed pop-rock pro again and again, but nothing has changed. I need support and im angry about recognizing that you guys charge any money for support. This is the only way how i (your customer) can attention to the issue i have. Please help me! Best regards Philip
