Blurry Thumbnails

I just switched to this theme through wordpress and the thumbnail images look blurry. Once you click on a product they look fine but the ctegory images are bad.   I am also having troube getting things to line up on mobile view. I can't seem to find any areas where I can edit just the mobile view. Do I need the paid version?   Website is devildesigns.us
