Blog Widget Footer Spacing

Hi there, I am developing a website which can be viewed at atcma.org My question is how can I either increase the spacing between the blog titles/links displayed in the footer widget area, or add a bullet next to each Blog link. Right now, it just looks like one large paragraph, and is a tad confusing. Thank you in advance, James.
