Blog template in Catch Evolution Pro

Hi there, I want to display all my posts on the Blog page, but when I edit the page the changes do not appear on the site. This happens using the Blog Template or the Default Template when I edit the page. 1. The heading has a different format than all the other pages. The border of the heading "Blog" is cut off at the top. 2. I selected to use the Option Sidebar One & it only displays the Sidebar from the Homepage 3. When I try to use the No Sidebar, One Column layout. It continues to display the sidebar, but puts it at the bottom of the post. I need the header fixed and the correct sidebar to display.
