Blog section

Hi, How can I enable the blog section? I didn`t need it in the beginning and unfortunately I deleted it. I want to enable it and add it to the menu. Another question, how can I change the position of the "Pricing" section on the homepage? Right now is right under the header image and I want to move it lower, after the text. The "Pricing" is currently displayed as a page type. Regards
