'Blog' section on my homepage

Hi everyone On my homepage a random 'Blog' section pops up. http://notesfromeverywhere.com I don't know where to find it in any of the Customise sections One thing I know it's not a page, like the 'About me' above. Does anyone know how to edit it and delete what's been written there automatically? (My page is still under construction, so take no notice of any imperfections) Thank you! Zuza
