/blog returns 404

Hi, I've started blogging with Catch Responsive, and so far it's doing pretty much everything I need. However http://veganfacts.com/blog does not work. It's telling me that the page is missing. Maybe there was a sample page, which I deleted when I deleted all the sample content? How do I generate a new "blog" page? Thanks a lot!
