blog post

Hi, I have made a web page, but want to create a blog thats different from the other pages. I have made this a post and not a page (is that best?) http://www.bymagasinet.net/blogg/ How do I post so the newest content comes on the top of my blog? I want: - black or coloured background with white text (white boxes for the different sidebar content) - headline with a dotted line under. followed by the post: picture and tekst. How can I set the content like I want? - Sidebar with links to different websites/blogs (cant find that in the widgets) - What format should I have my logo, so I don't get a white box around it?
