Blog Page Title Change From "Archives" & Featured Image on Pages

Two questions: My blog page title is "Archives" instead of Blogs. How do I change this I can't find a setting anywhere. Is it possible to change the header images on a page by page basis? I thought featured image would do that but it does not.
