Blog Page Error 404-Page NOT Found

I'm having an issue with my Blog page, which I've chosen as the one to display excerpts of my posts rather than the home page. When you click on the blog page, it shows a 404 error. It does not show excerpts. I do have several published posts, but you can't access them via the Blog page option. Please help! Thanks so much!
