Blog not working on IE9

My blog has been working fine until a few days ago. I use Chrome and everything seems fine, but my husband has IE9 and the site is all messed up. The content area is translucent and the background is showing. The right side bar has been moved to the bottom. It seems to load fine for about 5 seconds, then it changes and is unreadable. I've tried changing the width of the content and sidebar but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Kristi www.chatfieldcourt.com
