Blog Featured Image Size & From The Blog Text

Hi, Loving the Audioman Pro theme! Couple of things I can't seem to fix and wondered if you could advise: On this page: https://www.metalepidemic.com/reviews/ Can I change the featured image size to something smaller? To around 300 x 300? Also, can I remove the text "From The Blog" from the same page? Thanks in advance! Dave
