Blog Excerpts not working?

Hello, I have my blog posts going to this page: http://50.87.248.195/~wenatch7/news/ In Theme Options>Excerpt Settings, I have it set to 30 words but the entire blog post is displaying instead of just an Excerpt. Please advise. Thanks for the support! Leslie
