Blog and hearder image

Hi! 1. I use plugin codestyling-localization, but in my blog remain in english these things: "Posted in" and "Leave replay..." I would like change the hungarian language. How can I change it? 2. My hearder image of my site like a link... when you go with the mouse over the picture appears the little hand and white shadow.
