Blank page opens when clicking the email link

Hi, I am using Catch Base Pro for a non-profit site. I have noticed some odd behaviour in Google Chrome, but not in Explorer or Firefox. When the email social Link is used, it opens a blank page as well as a new email message in the email client. Similarly, I notice that in Chrome the Featured Slider does not always reload properly and covers over the content and sidebars (I have Featured Image turned off) when the site reloads after a modification in the Customization options.This includes having the arrows and dots representing the image position moving to the top of the image. Any ideas? Thanks
