blanc line, new paragraph in onordered list

Hi, I would like some help wih the following. I am creating y website on Catch Evolution and on this pages I want a blanc line for example in the paragraph in de unordered list (the one with lots of text). http://umaya.nl/werkwijze/ How do I do this without getting a new dot which represents a new subject? I want it within the paragraph/text of one dot. If you understand what i mean? I have tried Shift-enter, twice, but when checking on the side it didn't work. Hope you can help me out here.
