Blakely Pro Instructions

Good Evening, I just purchased the Blakely Pro template and I get a 404 error when clicking on "theme instructions" from Wordpress. https://catchthemes.com/blakely-pro/#theme-instructions doesn't exist and I have quite a few questions how to build some of the features advertised. Does anyone have a link?
