Behaviour of read more tag?

Next question: I have set the theme options to "Full content display" to manually set the read more tag. But on clicking the tag, the shown page slides right to the end of the article (where one can leave a reply). Question one: how to tell the page to remain on the beginning of the article Question two: how to add a "Back"- button to easyly return to the featured content (which ist actualy my main- page I think), preferably right to the point one came from?
