Basic installation for Pentatonic Pro

I have been using the free version of Pentatonic for a year and just purchased and installed the Pro version. I would like to activate it and preserve the many features I've applied to the free version, for example, the images and structure of the cover page. When I activate the Pro version, it doesn't seem to have incorporated those features. Can I have some help to ensure that I don't lose all my hard work?
