Background Scrolling Length

I'm not really sure what to call it but when I begin to scroll down a very large color block shows up with my logo on it. It obstructs most of the page. It happens on all pages. I have tried reducing the size of my logo and that doesn't help. Any suggestions would be appreciated! www.burnwellness.com
