Background image behind site-title

Hi Sakin I'm trying to get a background image behind the site-title and site-description text. I used this in Custom CSS : #header { background-image: url("/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/header_back1.jpg"); } - but no succes .. see http://pemca.dk - I want the picture behind the Pemca.dk (Test) text and in the full page with. thanks, Peter Denmark
