Audioman Pro theme instructions?

Hello, I am looking for the theme instructions for Audioman Pro, but they don't seem to be included in the list of themes that come with instructions? I am having several issues that I can't figure out, e.g. where do I add a full width top header image in pages and posts, the same as I see at this link, here. Adding featured images isn't doing it, so there is something I am missing. Also would like to create a discography page, and corresponding section on the homepage like you see on the demo under Latest Release here. Can the instructions for this be found here somewhere?
