Audioman Header Image Not Resizing

Website: ffchouse.com Is there a way to have the header image resize on smaller devices in portrait mode? The image fits well and looks good on a laptop, and an iPhone/iPad in landscape orientation, but when you use an iphone or ipad in portrait orientation the image does not resize and gets cut off.
