Audioman – Free – Events

I am using the free Audioman Theme. Currently, when using the POST TYPE of Category, the theme will post the events in the order they are entered into the posts section. I need to know how to have the theme put the events in DATE order. The reason for this is I could have an event booked for 08/01/21 and then receive a new event booking for 07/24/2021.
