Article pictures aren't show on blog page

Hi all, No article pictures are show on the blog page. If I show the article then the pictures are displayed. But not on the main page. I tried a lot of options find in the forum (exerpt, no exerpt, exerpt number of words etc) I didn't bring it to work. You can see the problem here : http://www.smart-factory-team.fr
