Article issue

Hi there, I don't want any article on my website for the moment and the fact that there is no article I have this on the frond page : "Nothing found - Ready to publish your first post? Get started here." I don't know how to remove it without writting an article. And if I write an article, this one will be straight at the top of the page. I want the "hero page" beeing at the top and no article on my website (for the moment). How can I remove this "nothing found..." thing and how if I write an article how can I do to don't have them right at the top of the page ?
