Archiving Pages

Hello. My site's url is iva2016@ict.usc.edu . I'd like to create an "Archived Pages" widget which would allow visitors to access menu pages that I've archived (i.e. removed from the active menu since they are no longer needed) but which some visitors may want to reference. How do I do this? I've searched the Catch Theme Evolution Pro instructions and support blogs, as well as plugins but can't find anything specifically addressing pages (versus posts).
